Due to the ongoing situation with covid-19 we have had to change our working procedures to maintain the safety of ourselves /customers and our staff
They are as follows
1] all drop offs / collections and viewings are subject to strict appointment times only.
2] currently we are unable to allow own bedding and soft toys (only items that can be sanitised are allowed)
3]you are only allowed into the kennels/cattery if your animal has not been to us before .this is to allow you to help settle them on their first visit
4]face coverings must be worn during the handover process.
5]payment by cash or cheque only to be placed in a envelope or similar with your animals name and your surname clearly written.
6]if you are unable to arrive /collect on your agreed appointment time you must contact us to arrange another suitable time.
7]existing customers are to handover the animal to staff to be taken to their accommodation this is to ensure social distancing is maintained at all times.
